Multiple Stages

Post-construction cleaning is accomplished with 1-4 cleanings, sometimes more, depending on the project. The initial cleaning stages focus on removing general debris and garbage from the site and ends with a detailed dust removal from all corners, cracks, walls and ledges. Our specialized staff help to ensure that our final PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) clean leaves surfaces bright and polished. 

Specialized Knowledge

Because of the high quantities of dust, debris and hazards found in a post-construction environment, a completely different set of skills and tools are required compared to traditional house cleaning. Our staff are trained to clean in places that most cleaning services would neglect. 

Specialized Equipment

Post-construction cleaning requires specialized equipment, including industrial-strength vacuums with HEPA filters, pressure washers, ladders, steam cleaners and industrial-strength cleaning agents designed to handle heavy-duty jobs.

Health and Safety

Often, post-construction cleaning services take place when a project is still actively under construction. This means that as some units are being cleaned, other units are still in the construction stage. As a result, hazardous materials such as glass, wire, screws, nails and loose construction materials are often found on a site when workers are present. Active trades, heavy machinery, overhead cranes and booms are daily encounters on site. Because of these realities, additional safety protocols must be taken. To ensure overall staff safety and to protect the health of the project itself, proper training and enforced security measures are a must. 

Liability Insurance and WSIB: Projects of this nature are serious business. To keep all parties safe, we carry the proper liability insurance. Additionally, all our workers are covered by the WSIB.

Working at heights: Ladders and extension ladders are necessary to reach upper areas, which may include transom windows, trim, doors, light fixtures, cathedral ceilings and windows. Proper training and certification are necessary for all workers to have the knowledge and skills to stay safe in a potentially dangerous environment.
